1. Check Your Current Diamond Balance
To check your diamond balance, you can view it in the left toolbar of the Vipro PC app or Vipro Web.
The number of diamonds displayed on the left toolbar is shown with a maximum of 3 characters. For example, if you have 1879 blue diamonds, we will display it as 1.88K blue diamonds.
To view detailed counts of blue and red diamonds, you can click on the avatar in the bottom left corner. The application will display a detailed information page showing the number of blue and red diamonds you have.
In the Video details page, you can also find the number of blue and red diamonds in their respective positions.
Note that whenever your blue and red diamond counts change, you can see these numbers updated immediately.
2. Purchase Product Packages
After using up your diamonds, you can buy more by:- Click on your avatar in the bottom right corner of Vipro PC
- Upgrade Account
- Select the Upgrade Package tab
After the Upgrade Package window opens, you can:
- Choose the package you want to Buy
- Enter a promotion code if you have one
- Click the Payment button to purchase the package
At this point, Vipro PC or Vipro web will open a new web browser window to the payment page.
You need to wait about 2 minutes for the webpage to redirect to the payment screen. Please don’t close the screen while waiting.
On this payment screen, you will receive a payment QR code.
Vipro’s system is completely automated, so to avoid confusion, please open the payment screen on your computer. Then use your phone to scan the QR code and make the transfer.We do not recommend making transfers without using the QR code. This may cause your payment not to be automatically recorded by the system.
3. Buy More Diamonds
After using up your diamonds, you can buy more by:- Click on your avatar in the bottom right corner of Vipro PC
- Account
- Upgrade Account
- Select the Buy Credit tab
- Choose to buy Blue Diamonds or Red Diamonds
When you click the payment button, you will be redirected to the payment screen similar to 2. Purchase Product Packages.
4. Account Activation
If you purchase from an agent, you can activate your account by:- Go to the account information page https://app.vipro.studio/profile
- Switch Vipro’s language to Vietnamese
- Select activate account
- Enter the activation code provided by the agent
